7月25日，塞紫铜TIR冶炼厂环集尾气脱硫系统较预定工期提前一个月完成建设，并于当日成功进行空载联动试车。
一直以来，原RTB公司未能完善冶炼厂尾气处理设施，使冶炼厂尾气排放问题成为公众关注的热点。自紫金接手以来，塞紫铜秉承集团环保理念，本着对社会高度负责的态度，优先建设冶炼厂环集脱硫系统，积极解决历史遗留问题。
据悉，该系统投入使用后，企业二氧化硫排放指标可以达到100mg/Nm³，远低于塞尔维亚法律规定的350mg/Nm³排放标准，硫捕集率将从约85%提高到95%以上，每年二氧化硫排放量将减少约10534吨。
环集尾气脱硫系统迅速建成，将从根本上解决尾气排放问题，为冶炼厂尾气达标排放、产能扩增提供了基础，也有力回应了塞尔维亚各界对冶炼厂尾气治理的关切，彰显了塞紫铜保护环境的决心。后续，项目团队将严格依照设计要求，确保冶炼厂的各项技改工程按计划推进。
建设期间，项目团队精心组织，克服疫情防控任务重、工人数量紧缺、物资采购期长、本地配套有限等困难，在确保安全和质量的前提下，高效完成了各项建设目标，并创造了“120人1天完成1200米高压电缆铺设”“26天完成800米直径3.8米烟管的高空组对、内外焊缝长度达5600米”“4天完成建筑面积60㎡的变频操作室建设”等佳绩。塞方工程师眼里的“不可能完成的任务”正一件件完成，让他们由衷钦佩“紫金速度”。
On July 25, the construction of the circular tail gas desulfurization system of the TIR smelter in Serbia Zijin Copper was completed one month earlier than scheduled. The linkage test run without load was successfully carried out on the same day. The rapid completion of the circular tail gas desulfurization system will fundamentally solve the problem of tail gas emissions, provide a basis for smelter tail gas compliant emission and increase of production capacity. It also strongly responds to the concerns of all sectors of Serbia on smelter tail gas treatment and highlights the determination to protect environment by Serbia Zijin Copper.
