日前，卡莫阿铜业宣布，卡莫阿–卡库拉铜矿二期年处理矿石380万吨选厂的建设工程预计于1月底前完成约93%，将于今年4月开展带料试车工作，比原定第二季度的指导目标提前数月。同时，项目团队已将2022年生产指导目标定为29-34万吨铜金属。

项目一期选厂在第4个完整报表月实现设计产能后，实现持续稳产高产，相较380万吨/年设计产能已高出15%以上，铜回收率总体超过86%的设计指标。根据项目一期选厂运营所获得的知识和经验，预计二期选厂将更早实现产能爬坡。同时，项目已委任高水平团队负责解决一、二期选厂 (投产后) 的瓶颈问题，旨在将选厂的联合设计产能从760万吨/年提升至900万吨/年，实现稳产后生产精矿含铜金属最高达每年45万吨。

目前，项目三期选厂的施工进度理想，预计于2024年第四季度实现投产，目前正在进行新斜坡道井口的建设工程。项目预可行性研究更新版预计于今年三季度发布，将涵盖三期扩建计划。
